Questions from facilities and maintenance teams

What vendor managers and project leads ask before onboarding.

Become a service partner
What territory do you cover?

Within about 25 miles of Minneola, Florida: Clermont, Groveland, Montverde, Winter Garden, Windermere, Horizon West, Ocoee, Apopka, Mount Dora and Tavares, in Lake and west Orange County. We say no to locations outside that ring rather than stretch coverage.

Can you take work orders from our platform?

Yes. Work orders by email or from your facilities platform, with photos, notes and the invoice per work order or per location. Tell us how you dispatch in the form and we fit the process.

What response times do you commit to?

Agreed per account and put in writing, based on your work-order volume and our schedule. We do not advertise a blanket response time or around-the-clock emergency service; one experienced electrician cannot honestly promise that.

What insurance and documents can you provide?

General liability with a certificate of insurance issued to your vendor file, W-9, and additional insured endorsements discussed per account. Work is performed under a licensed electrical contractor; license details are shared during vendor qualification.

Do you work as an electrical sub for general contractors?

Yes, on commercial build-outs, tenant improvements and remodels within the territory, with a written scope, coordination with the inspection schedule and progress billing on larger jobs.

How do rates and billing work for partners?

Rates agreed in writing at onboarding. Net terms, biweekly progress billing and purchase-order numbers on invoices for accounts with a signed agreement; card and online payment for one-off work orders.
